Yes they are extremely sticky and stay on very well, Alan Parberry the owner of Mistral Baits is a carp angler himself and all his products are well made and tested by a very good team of angler's.
I wouldn't recommend them if I thought they were no good.

You could also have a look at the hair rig paste from Bag Em matchbaits. This comes highly recommended too.
